EMERGEANDSEE returns to Berlin with a new vision. From 2007 onwards it sets its focus on student filmmakers and their ideas.

Official Competition
Featuring 30 creative, funny, exciting and shocking shorts from international student filmmakers.
Members of the Jury are: actor Tobias Schenke („Kleinruppin Forever“), blog-star Toni Mahoni (Spreeblick), filmmaker Julia von Heinz (Berlinale 07: „Was am Ende zählt“), editor Christian von Behr (rbb/arte)
